my recent stay in busan was amazing. haeundae grand surpassed my expectations with its stunning views, live music, and excellent staff. the elevator overlooking the ocean was truly surreal. a perfect place to relax and enjoy a nice meal...

Excellent breakfast buffet for Europeans and Asians.
The Executive Lounge did not meet my expectations because it was too coldly furnished. In other Korean hotels in the direct neighbourhood there is a warmer ambience.

The croissants are delicious, the bed is soft.

The pool at the hotel is absolutely incredible. It's like swimming in an olympic-sized bathtub! I had so much fun splashing around and pretending I was a gold medalist.
No coffee creamer provided.

If you use sauna, you have to pay. It's very expensive.

Room was newly renovated, stylish and beautiful. You could see dust on the display case, a bit of a pity. Bathroom not renovated.

Good Room Service. Nice Buffet. Good location. Friendly Staff.
We had requested a baby cod for our two year old son, was informed upon arrival this was not possible to supply ....only a baby cod for very small children....later it turned out that what the hotel could supply was fine for our son.......poor english skills of the hotel staff was maybe also a factor to the confusion.....bedside light panel did not work in our cabin....

It was very well located, and generally gave the impression of a luxury hotel. The staff members were well trained and generally attentive to the needs of the guest.
I had significant difficulty, after paying what I consider to be a very high room rate, in accepting the fact that the hotel charged so much for the little things that all other luxury hotels give away - such as a bottle of water in the room (4,000 krw) and a half of a bottle of Coke in the lobby for 10,000 krw. I suggest travelers not patronize the breakfast buffet. It definitely was not worth the money!

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exquisite services and exclusive amenities. the swimming pool was fantastic and very clean. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes to satisfy my palate. the bar area was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day.
I encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in the room, but it was promptly resolved by the staff. Despite that inconvenience, the room was well-appointed and furnished with exclusive advantages such as a comfortable bed and high-quality linens.

Near perfect location, 2 min walk to Haeundae beach. Korean style room experience. Very helpful and polite staff. Close to street food vendors and beautiful hiking trail behind hotel. Impeccable service and trustworthy housekeeper. Nice staff with excellent customer service. Grand lobby and comfortable bedding in rooms.
Nothing to dislike.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was very close to the beach and a nice park for strolling and jogging. The hotel facilities were also impressive, including the fitness center and pool which were frequently checked for water temperature. The staff was friendly, professional, and even allowed us to check in early. Finally, the breakfast at the hotel's Grand Table was fantastic - it offered a great variety of food and it was complimentary with our room.
Nothing.

The hotel location is great with breathtaking views of the ocean, and it's also conveniently located close to the beach. Two complementary activities offered inside the hotel were very fun and exciting, adding an extra bit of value to our stay. the room itself is clean, with modern amenities.
The hotel prices for food, drink, and extra activities are extremely high, which was a downside for budget-conscious travelers. the pool access fee was especially annoying, as we felt this should have been included in the room rate.
